 Vanilla Protein Peanut Butter Milk Shake - w PB2

  • 2-3 cups ice
  • 2-3 cups whole milk (alt: try almond milk)
  • 1 cap-full vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut oil (Bell Plantation)
  • 2 heaping scoops chocolate whey (16 g / serving)
  • 2 heaping table spoons PB2 (regular powder)
  • Total protein: 35-40 g

 

 Morning Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake 

  • 2-3 cups ice
  • 2-3 cups whole milk (alt: try almond milk)
  • 2 scoops chocolate whey (16 g / serving)
  • 2 heaping table spoons PB2
